For Advisors and County Directors:

DANRIS-X FY 2012 Annual Evaluation retrieval is available.

DANRIS-X FY 2013 Annual Report & CASA, and FY 2014 Plan OPEN until Oct. 21, 2013 (midnight).

Update FY 2014 Plan as much as possible by March 4, 2013, so the information can be used in the required federal Plan of Work due April 1, 2013.

DANRIS-X is the statewide programmatic reporting system for the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR). There are three components in DANRIS-X, Annual Plan, Annual Report and CASA (CE Advisors). The new DANRIS-X enables ANR academics to more fully document their activities and impacts and to record, in one place, information needed for several purposes -- including CE advisor Program Reviews and annual assessments as well as county, state and federal reports.

Annual Plan captures information about the individual's plan for the coming federal fiscal year with entries for FTE allocation to ANR Issues and Knowledge Area codes; and the identification of Projects/Programs and projected activities,and related information.

Annual Report allows the user to enter data for each Project/Program, including activities, outcomes achieved, publications, multi state extension activity and other related activities.

CASA is used by all CE county-based academics and certain non-academic staff to record data on their programmatic outreach efforts, i.e., information about their clientele contacts and "all reasonable effort" activities.
