FAQ - E. coli: good, bad, & deadly

The American Academy of Microbiology has just released an excellent report as part of their FAQ series entitled “E. coli: good, bad, & deadly”. It’s a very short and easy to understand report and is valuable for anyone in food production. It’s also great if you’re a consumer who is concerned about food safety and water quality. They’ve done a great job in translating the science. Take 15 minutes of your day to read it. You’ll be glad you did!
