Activate your survey

Once your survey is authorized to accept Credit Card payments, you need to activate your survey. From your Survey Options page, navigate to "Payment Options" (either in the top navigation or in the body of your Survey Main page".

This is where you will need to toggle on your survey, enter your account information, and agree to terms and conditions.

Activate your option, enter your account info, and make sure that the "Email Address Question" has selected "Email. If not, simply add another question to your survey requesting an email address. In the question types, please select "Email".

Agree to the terms and conditions, and Save information.

This step is now complete!
