Add Credit Card Question
Credit Card questions are a special type of question that is used in the ANR Survey Builder in order to accept payment.
Once you have credit cards activated on your survey, you can add credit card questions. Click 'Create questions' from the survey options page.
At the top of the page, you will see a warning, telling you that you have activated credit cards, but you do not have any credit card questions.

To add a credit card question, start by clicking the 'add a question' button.
For the question text, a typical question would be, "Registration fee, $35."
For the Question Type, choose 'Credit Card Charge.'
Click 'Save Information'

After clicking 'Save Information' you will be returned to the same page, with the option to determine the cost for this option.

Special fields to consider when creating a credit card question:
- Required: If you want people to pay, it is highly recommend that you make at least one of your credit card questions required. If people can pay either by credit card, or by check, it is recommended that you create two surveys. Split the users up early on in the process, and tailor each survey to the audience.
- Item Price: How much does ONE of the item cost.
- Quantity Allowed: If people can purchase more than one of a single item (registering for multiple individuals, multiple meals for big eaters, etc.) then you can select the quantities available.
It is important to know, that you can add as many credit card questions to a survey as you need.
