Mail all signed forms and payment to:

You must be enrolled in 4-H in order to go 4-H Summer Camp.

• As a current 4-H member please log-in to 4hOnline and ensure that your camper's status is set to "Active."
• Select “I have a profile” and then enter your username and password. (Contact Jessica Guild if you have forgotten your email login)
