What are 4-H Star Ranks?

Emerald Star
Gives 4-H members opportunities to serve in leadership capacities beyond the local club level. Any member who has achieved gold star rank. You must present a plan of action in the nomination from and complete the project as an individual - similar to self determined.

2012 Proposed Emerald Star - Changes

All Star
4-H members that have received a gold star and they serve as the countywide youth leadership team. All Stars facilitate countywide events such as Presentation Day, Favorite Foods Day, Fashion Revue, Expo Day and host the countywide 4-H Awards. All Stars are to complete service learning throughout their year as an All Star to give back to the county and community.
