Conference Room Reservations

Instructions for Reserving Conference Room

If you are interested in reserving the conference room for a meeting please check the calendar for any conflicts and email Marie Hernandez-Vega at mthernandezvega@ucdavis.edu the following information:

1) Name, telephone number, and email address of UC Sponsor.

2) Name, telephone number, and email address of meeting host if different than sponsor.

3) Date and time of meeting.

4) Expected number of individuals attending meeting.

Requirements for Use of Conference Room

1) Room setup is the responsibility of the meeting sponsor and/or host.

2) If room setup is altered, it must be returned to the original setup.

3) All trash must be placed in large trash can found in the laboratory. If food waste is placed in trash can, trash must be removed by disposing of it in the large green dumpsters located at the end of Building 202.

4) Host(s) conducting functions outside regular hours (Monday-Friday from 7 am to 4 pm) must ensure all participants have left the facility prior to locking the building and gate.

5) Sponsor and/or host must ensure that all attendees remain in the headquarters and do not wander into research and extension fields.
