Grilled Padron Peppers
Grilled Padron Peppers

Place the peppers in a single layer on a fairly fine mesh grill basked
Lightly brush both sides with olive oil
Grill them over a hot grill for two minutes on the first side, flip, and continue to grill and flip until they are blistered, slightly blackened and soft.
Turn onto a plate and sprinkle liberally with sea salt. Serve at once
