Nevada County 4-H Summer Camp - REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

Summer Camp will be held July 23 through July 27, 2012 at Woodchuck Flat Campground.
If you are NOT enrolled with a Nevada County 4-H Club this enrollment year of 2011-2012 you must complete the 4-H Enrollment Forms and pay the 4-H enrollment fee ($23) in addtion the Camp Registration and Fee ($110). Enrolling in Nevada County 4-H for Summer Camp will enroll you for the following 2012 - 2013 Program Year.
If you have fun at 4-H Summer Camp, we hope you will consider "Joining the Fun" in one of Nevada County's local 4-H clubs in the fall. Through the club, as a 4-H member, you can participate in one or more projects that use information and ideas from the University of California. Participation in a club offers an opportunity to learn about new and interesting things including photography, computers, raising animals, cooking, public speaking, and much more.
Youth are eligible to participate in a 4-H Club if they meet the following criteria:Primary member - Must be 5 years old or in kindergarten by December 31st of the program year. Primary members cannot enroll in large animal projects or attend camp as a camper. Youth enrolling or turning nine after December 31st of the 4-H program year, must particiapte as a Primary Member until the end of the program year.
Junior, Intermediate and Senior Members - Must be 9 years old or in 4th grade by Decemer 31st of the 4-H program year and may continue in the program until the end of the calendar year in which they become 19 years of age.
Home Schooled Members - Children are to enroll based on their chronological age, as of December 31st of the 4-H program year.
