A Gardener's Companion for the San Joaquin Valley
International Master Gardener Search for Excellence Innovative Projects award winner!
The Gardener's Companion is a beautiful and useful book that will grow more valuable to you as you enter notes about your own garden. The San Joaquin Valley offers rich gardening opportunities in a unique climate. Most other gardening books do not address the Central California climate. The Gardener's Companion provides monthly and seasonal information for planting, harvesting, pruning, and general maintenance in our area. Each monthly section is arranged in the same way so that as you become familiar with the layout of the book, finding your notes for later reference will be easy. Plant lists include the more successful plants for our area. The Companion Order Form is available should you wish to mail order this great publication.
