Call for Proposals Project Year 2013-2014
Competitive Grants Program
The UC Thelma Hansen Fund finances research, education/outreach, and policy projects through a competitive grants program. Projects must align with at least one of the ANR strategic initiatives and address one or more of the Hansen Fund goals. An estimated $200,000 is available for project funding through this RFP.
On-site Research Projects
The Hansen REC provides land, labor, equipment, and facilities to researchers for small to medium-sized plot projects.

Off-Cycle Proposals
In the event that funding is available, off-cycle projects will be reviewed. To proceed, please see Letter of Intent and RFP instructions.
Process for Submission
The first step in the application process is submitting a Letter of Intent. Deadline-Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday, December 7th and must submit a full proposal by Monday, January 21, 2013.
