Youth Program

Are You a Teacher in Fresno County?

The UC CalFresh Youth Nutrition Education Program provides no-cost curriculum, support, and resources to pre-school through high school teachers in low-income Fresno County schools to deliver nutrition and physical activity education in their classrooms!

To qualify for this no-cost program, at least 50% of the student population at the school must receive free or reduced priced meals through the National School Lunch Program.

Class set of monthly parent newsletters in English and Spanish.

Orientation and training

On-going support and resources

Food delivered monthly for students to taste (classroom teachers)
