Adult Nutrition Education Program
At the UC Cooperative Extension, we're teaching Californians how to make healthy meals at low-cost.

We act as a bridge between the learning and knowledge of the UC system and our community, tailoring the latest science, curriculum and information to the needs, culture and language of our low-income communities.
Our goal is to help these families, moms, youth and seniors make better nutrition decisions, maximize limited food budgets and plug-in to our county’s unique opportunities.

Nutritious Meals, On a Budget
Graduates of our classes report savings at the grocery store and healthier eating habits!
After completing the nutrition education class series, Eating Smart, Being Active participants we're given an opportunity to share success stories about what they had learned. What'd they report?
