Welcome to Elkus Ranch
Located in the central California coast, at 1500 Purisima Creek Road just outside Half Moon Bay. The Richard J. Elkus Ranch Environmental Education and Conference Center provides unique hands-on learning experiences for Greater San Francisco Bay Area youth.
We offer a myriad of educationally diverse programs and activities, including those specifically designed for students with special needs. Children learn about environmental science, California history, animal care, nutrition, and agriculture in a rural setting. Individuals and groups participate in day and overnight field trips, community service projects, and volunteer opportunities.
We invite all children to explore the wonders of this outdoor classroom.
