Integrated Pest Management Practices for Bedding Plants and Container Color
This CORF half-day workshop co-sponsored by UCIPM will address pest problems found in bedding plants and container color and provide practical solutions for growers, propagators, and allied industry representatives.
The topics covered include Fungus Gnats and Water Management, Use of Silicon as an IPM Tool, Disease Management, and Weed Management. Participants are encouraged to provide examples of difficult pest problems found in their nurseries, as the workshop will culminate with an expert interactive panel prepared to assist them in diagnosis and control.
