About UCNFA (formerly CORF)
Beginning in 2010, the University of California Nursery and Floriculture Alliance (UCNFA) will be the name for the organization formerly known as the California Ornamental Research Federation (CORF). This will reflect the outreach program's expanding focus to include all aspects of the California nursery and floriculture industry.
The University of California Nursery and Floriculture Alliance (UCNFA) aims to serve the educational needs of the various agricultural production industries in California that produce greenhouse ornamental crops and outdoor nursery products.
Prior to 2008, the management of UCNFA was through the Kee Kitayama Research Foundation (www.kkrf.org) and the California Cut Flower Commission (www.ccfc.org). During 2008 this management was moved to the University of California.
