Quick Tip Card Order Form

Ordering instructions

Please indicate the number of cards you would like for each Quick Tip title by selecting 100, 200, or 300. Leave the line blank if you do not wish to order a particular title. The '0' choice is only there in case you marked a title by mistake.

Cards are pre-packaged in bundles of 100. Bookmarks and other items are found in the middle of the form. To see the content of a card title, click on the card name. To view the entire QT index, follow the links in the left-hand column of this page.

Submit your order by clicking the "Place QT order" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an automatic email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive an email, contact Karey to see if the order came through.

You will receive another email (from the FedEx system) when your order has been processed and shipped. We now only ship QTs orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please allow one week for order processing.
