Submission and approval of an LOI is required to submit a full proposal to this RFP.

-The deadline for submitting an LOI was Friday, February 17, 2012.
-After the LOIs were approved, applicants were notified of their eligibility to submit a full proposal by Monday, March 5, 2012.
- For those eligible, the deadline for submitting a full proposal was Friday, April 13, 2012.
