Farmers' Markets
There are many times and locations to visit on of Placer County's Foothill Farmers' Markets.

On-Farm Sales
Many farmers sell produce at their farm. This is a great way to get the freshest produce and an excellent learning experience for children.

CSA (community supported agriculture) Harvest Box
Sign-up for a harvest box and you will get a boxed variety of seasonal produce pick for, all you have to do is pick it up. What a great way to save time and eat local.

Produce Markets/Retail Markets
There are small markets that provide a wide selection of local produce, and many large grocery stores are now incorporatiog more local produce in their selections.
