SF Botanical Gardens Plant Clinic
This reoccurring plant clinic is held in conjunction with the SF Botanical Garden's monthly plant sale. Learn more about the SF Botanical Garden Plant Sales.
Where: SF Botanical Gardens in Golden Gate Park. The plant clinic table is located next to the bookstore at the Main entrance of the SF Botanical Gardens off of 9th Street. You do not need to pay admission to access the plant clinic. Map
When: The plant clinic is held on Saturdays, from 10:30am – 1pm. Our 2013 schedule is:

San Mateo Arboretum Plant Clinic: Have a question about a plant or pest? Bring it to one of our regular plant clinics and talk to a Master Gardener in person. We'll help you diagnose what's going on in your garden, and help you find sustainable solutions.
Come visit our clinic at the San Mateo Arboretum and enjoy a free visit to their lovely grounds at the same time.
When: The first Sunday of every month, 11:30-1pm (except Dec. and Jan)

This is the place to ask all your questions about those amazing gardens at Filoli. Specially-trained volunteers can answer your questions about Filoli's horticultural practices and plant collections, and help you find information for your own garden. Talk to Master Gardeners and to experienced Filoli Docents to learn more about this special place. For more information, contact Judith Dean at 650-726-9059 x 109.
*Please do not bring plant samples to Filoli gardens, however photos are welcome. Plant samples requiring diagnosis should be mailed to the Master Gardener Helpline, 80 Stone Pine Road, #100, Half Moon Bay, CA., 94019 or brought into the MG office.*
When: Wednesdays,Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from noon - 3pm. Master Gardeners are present on most days but always on Fridays beginning March 21 and through the end of October.

Master Gardener Volunteers advise on planting and collaborate with the residents of the SF senior living community to improve the interior courtyard garden so that it is more inviting and to promote resident involvement. On a quarterly basis a one hour informational class is held on topics such as: indoor plant care and culture, scientific identification of plants in the garden, classes on pruning indoor plants such as Ficus benjamina, classes on patio plant care, etc. Contact Lisa Erdos for more information.

An information table and plant clinic is held in the 3rd floor garden and is open to the general public. Join 'Green Mann' as we hang out in this half acre urban oasis complete with redwood grove, raised beds, worm bins and beehives.
We set up indoors when rain threatens. Working with a complete Master Gardener library of resources, we field gardening questions that the public bring in, work together to identify plant samples.
When: Every 2nd Saturday from 10am to noon
