Master Gardeners of San Mateo & San Francisco Counties
About us
UCCE Master Gardeners are volunteers trained and certified by the University of California to provide community service and educational outreach that helps home gardeners and community organizations garden sustainably and create a healthy environment.

Throughout California, more than 40 counties participate in the statewide Master Gardener Program. The San Mateo and San Francisco County program, active since 2006, is one of the newest. Our program now includes more than 100 volunteers who live and work in San Mateo and San Francisco Counties.
You can contact us in our office in Half Moon Bay or at events throughout both counties.
