Adult-Youth Checklist:

a) print, read and discuss items to the left

b) question(s) go to your project leaders

c) set on a goal for sponsorships by project - this may be done with parent or project leader

d) complete youth's contact information on t-shirt sponsor sheet (include your t-shirt/sweatshirt size)

e) practice script

f) have each sponsor complete their contact information and make checks payable to EDC4H (each sponsor $25)

g) turn in completed sponsorship sheets to the project leader by Sunday, April 1st, 2012

h) t-shirts/sweatshirt available at Round-up BBQ Chili Cook-off.
