Policy

80% attendance is required at Club Meetings as well as 80% attendance at Project Meetings to exhibit at the El Dorado County Fair.

Project Leaders maintain their own attendence records. Check with those leaders for their make up policy.

WHAT IF...

There will be a sign in sheet at the Club meetings. It is your responsibility to sign in each month. If you forget to sign in, you will have 1 week after the meeting to call the Club President or Community Club Leader.

If you are unable to attend a meeting. Please call the Club President or Community Club Leader.

If you miss a meeting you will have 1 week following the meeting to call the Club President or Community Club Leader.

If you miss a Club meeting for any reason you will need to make arrangements to make it up.

MAKE-UP OPTIONS

1. Attend a County Council Meeting (meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each Month at 7:00 pm except December) in the conference room of the 4H Office (Bethel-Delfino Ag Building)

2. Make a presentation at a Club meeting.
