Planning for Meaningful Evaluation (PME) Course at WSU, Spokane – Registration Deadline is July 15th!
This training is for those individuals and potentially their community partners that have experiences in the basics of program planning and evaluation and are competent in using a Logic Model. A training team from NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) will present the two day training. This will give you a complete and different view of Program Evaluation. Further information can be attained at this link: http://www.csc.noaa.gov/training/meaningful-evaluation.html
It may make sense for you to attend and also bring community partners that use logic models to plan their programs and program evaluations. This may be conversation districts, sea grant partners, youth coalitions, etc. You are only limited be your imagination as to partners to invite. The costs will be limited to the catered lunches which will be at the state per diem rate for partners. There is no cost to WSU Extension faculty and staff.

Upcoming Environmental Evaluators Network Forum Unconference
July 18-19, 2012
What are the responsibilities and opportunities for environmental evaluation to serve the public good? What facilitates and what impedes the discipline of evaluation and its practitioners in achieving environmental 'public goodness'? How should 'public good' even be defined? These are some of the questions we hope you will help us wrestle with at the 7th annual U.S. Environmental Evaluators Network Forum. The U.S. Environmental Evaluators Network (EEN) and the American Evaluation Association (AEA) will partner to host the event as an 'unconference.' This format is participant driven, lively, and creative. Those who attend the unconference will determine the sessions during the event.
Registration will be $25 and registration will open by April 1
