Dear Speakers,

Many thanks for making the effort to contribute to the 2011 Western Alfalfa & Forage Symposium.

The following information will help you prepare for the Conference.

PROGRAM—please review your presentation information on the on-line agenda ASAP to make sure the title, name and affiliation is accurate.

COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION—please register ASAP or by November 1

Please register by November 1, so we can provide the hotel with accurate counts.

PROCEEDINGS PAPER The Alfalfa Conference Proceedings is a long-term resource that is much more widely read than by those attending that day. All of the papers are on-line at http://alfalfa.ucdavis.edu. Each speaker should submit a final camera-ready file via email, preferably as a MS Word document. Please see the “Instructions to Authors” and formattiing information below.  or details regarding proper formatting. Remember, your paper will be placed ‘as is’ in the Proceedings hard-copy publication and on the website. We have some outstanding papers in this Proceedings series, which are widely read.

Proceedings Paper Electronically: November 18

PRESENTATION— You may E-mail your presentation by December 9, or bring your Powerpoint presentation to the meeting, but be sure to give it to the moderator 2 hours before your session begins.

We ask that all speakers be on time and follow the instructions of your moderator.
