Franklin Network Printers

To add a printer the copy the corresponding printer's link "\\p-its-print02\<printer name>" below, then paste the link into the Run command dialog box (Start, Run or hold down the Windows key and press R) and click OK . Next, wait for the printers print queue dialog box to display (10 to 30 seconds). Once the dialog box is displayed, the printer is installed. Note that the name designates the building/room number, F10132 is Franklin building office 10132:

Outside the kitchen in the ANR area:
F10132Color - Work Centre 7535 MFD (Color) \\p-its-print02\F10132Color

In the left corner as you enter F10132 ANR area:
F10132 - HP Color LaserJet 5500 \\p-its-print02\f10132

In the kitchen area in the opposite corner of the 10th floor:
F10327Color - Work Centre 7535 MFD (Color) \\p-its-print02\F10327Color 

To set your default printer, open Start, Printers and Faxes (in Vista or 7, Start, Printers). Right click the printers you want as your default, and pick "Set as Default printer".
