To add a printer the copy the corresponding printer's link below, then paste it into the Run command dialog box (Start, Run or hold down the Windows key and press R) and click OK . Next, wait for the printers print queue dialog box to display (10 to 30 seconds). Once the dialog box is displayed, the printer is installed:

To set your default printer, open Start, Printers and Faxes (in Vista or 7, Start, Printers). Right click the printers you want as your default, and pick "Set as Default printer".
