ANR Building Network Printers

Network printers are available via ANROCS-Server1.

To add a printer copy this address "\\ANROCS-Server1", then paste it into the Run command dialog box (Start, Run or hold down the Windows key and press R) and click OK, a list of shared folders and printers will be displayed. Next double click on the desired printer and and wait for the printers print queue dialog box to display (note this can take several minutes to display). Once the dialog box is displayed, the printer is installed:

To set your default printer, open Start, Printer and Faxes (in Vista or 7, Start, Printers). Right click the printer you want as your default, and pick "Set as Default printer".
