Archive Old Outlook Messages

No matter how large your email storage, there comes a time when it's better to archive older messages out of your UC Davis uConnect (called Exchange at UCOP) account. This frees up the server to provide faster responce in Outlook and the Web client http://OWA.ucdavis.edu or http://OWA.ucop.edu.

You can delete messages but archiving keeps messages for future reference, which has been very helpful to me in the past..
