Hi-Citizenship
Hi Citizenship (or Hi-C) is the Fresno County version of Hi 4-H. It is open to all Fresno County 4-Hers in the 7th grade or above. If members attend all year, they may report it as a Citizenship Project. The group does citizenship education, community service projects, service learning projects and gives older 4-Hers the opportunity to socialize with members from around the county. Hi-C meets the second Tuesday of every other month in conjunction with County Council Meetings. Check out this page regularly for news and updates!
