Dirk Holstege Biography

Dirk Holstege is the director of the ANR Analytical Laboratory. Before joining ANR, Holstege was the chief chemist of the toxicology section of the California Animal Health and Food Safety Laboratory System. Prior to joining the University of California, Holstege worked in the private sector as an analytical chemist. He holds a B.S. in biochemistry and a Ph.D. in agricultural and environmental chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
