The Abobe-hosted system of Adobe Connect Pro that ANR uses will be getting a Service Pack 1 upgrade to primarily improve the audio and echo cancellation for Mac. This will, however, affect everyone, since the Connect Add-in will need to be updated for both PC and Mac users.

This upgrade will take place on April 23. Since the add-in is backwards compatible you can install the new add-in now, or wait for the date and the system will prompt you to allow it to install the new version. This file is quite small and does not require administrative rights.
