On June 13-14, 2012, ANR is offering intensive seminar on workplace and interpersonal conflict. This two-day hands-on seminar combines theory and lots of practice. Participants will be involved in role plays, analysis of video clips, and group participation. This seminar is designed to challenge your thinking.
This is part one. There will be a second two-day module available to those participating in this first one.
Participants who successfully complete this training may be invited to implement some of its principles in future University service efforts.
The seminar is directed to ANR Academics and Staff, both individuals who are experienced mediatiors as well as those who are interested in the subject. We recommend that participants have already attended the Crucial Conversations seminar.
Presenter
Gregorio Billikopf is a Labor Management Farm Advisor with the University of
California Cooperative Extension and the author of Party-Directed Mediation.
