		<title> Grass-fed Beef</title>      
		<description>All agreed at my recent family reunion that the grass fed beef steaks from the Sonoma Meat Buying Club were the best steaks they ever tasted. They were cooked outside on the grill and were to die for. The south Florida folks had tasted nothing like it, and family from Arcata, Ca said that they would change their ways and become red meat-eaters if only they had this quality meat available! We drank a nice Sonoma County wine with the meal and felt very satisfied.

I sliced cube steak thinly while still frozen, minced garlic cloves over the top, and stir-fried for 45 to 60 seconds. After cooking the vegetable mix separately, I added back the cooked steak. Tasty, nutritious dinner in just a few minutes.

		<description>On Monday May 19th 2008 the Sonoma County Meat Buying Club will be having a Browsing dinner at La Gare Restaurant in Santa Rosa. The evening will feature: beef, lamb, and pork from the Sonoma County Meat Buying Club, as well as vegetables from Canvas Ranch, and wine from Navarro Vineyards.
