There will be extra items to the purchase at Tierra, Relish and Laguna this week including Goat (ribletts, loin chops, stew, roasts, should chops, leg steaks), Locally Raised Organic Veal from Doug Barretta (t-bone steaks, scallopini, stew, ground, roasts (chuck, cross-rib, chuck, brisket), and more!), bacon, and eggs.
