On March 13, 2010 the Merced River 4-H members participated in Communications Day at Our Lady of Mercy in Merced.  Our members did an outstanding job!  Regan Pareira received a gold medal..  Samantha Huff and Carley Stone won gold seals and Jessica Huff, who is a mini member, won a green seal. All members advance to the Regional Communications Day on April 17, 2010.  Congratulations

For all of those who will be presenting this weekend at the 2010 Communications Day we wish you all well!

Aside from the standard presentations, demonstrations, and speech competitions going on we will also be having camp staff and apprentice interviews and a photography display. The event will be held at the Our Lady of Mercy school in Merced on the 1400 block of Santa Fe. Room Host and Judges orientation begin at 8:15 AM, check in begins at 8:30 AM followed by the opening program at 9 AM. Judging in the rooms will begin at 9:30 AM.
