Santa Clara County “Starter Emergency Backpacks”

The Calaveras Hills and Homesteaders 4-H Clubs decided to take preventative action in case of unexpected disasters or emergencies. They created the idea of Starter Emergency Backpacks which would contain various items to provide comfort in the first hours of an emergency.
